During the week we read ‘Handa’s Surprise’ together and then we talked about the fruit that Handa had in her basket. Some of us hadn’t tried all these fruits, so Mrs McKenna brought in some different things for us to try. We loved some of the fruit, but some were too sour! After we finishing tasting, we talked about our favourite fruit. Most people in our class like bananas best! We wrote sentences about our favourite fruit.
